Mendeley Bibtex files to use with AAS Tex Macros

I created a little script to replace the journal titles in the from Mendeley created Bibtex files by the AAS Tex Macros. This means e.g. "{Nature}" will be replaced by "{\nature}".
The little shell script and the dat file I use (the simple line format is "replace;search") can be found here.
